Chiara von Galli started working as an actress at the age of seven, when she shot her first commercial. She has since appeared internationally in film, television, and music videos. She earned a BA (HONS) Degree in Acting from the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London and has trained privately with Vanessa Kirby and Paul Bown. Since graduating, she has acted on stages in the UK and Germany and worked as a voice actress in advertising, dubbing, and corporate voice overs.

Chiara has shot films with Christine Wiederkehr and Vivian Näfe. She appeared in Lars Kornhff’s short film Kinderspiel, which was nominated for an Oscar. She has acted in leading roles in productions for the ZDF and ARD and worked for production companies like Bavaria and Constantin. She played the role of Petrina in the feature film The Dark Kingdom, worked with award winning director Clara Zoe My-Lihn von Arnim, and most recently shot a historical feature film under the direction of Grimme Preis and Prix Europa nominated Sandra Kaudelka, in which she played a leading role alongside Matthias Bundschuh and Walter Hess. The film is currently in postproduction, being edited by Jörg Hausschild and set for release later this year.

Chiara currently teaches acting and directs student productions at Cours Florent Berlin and MET Film School Berlin. In addition to developing new theatrical projects as a director, she continues to build her practice as an artist headshot photographer.
