The ensemble
Sebastian Becker was born in Heidelberg and studied acting at Filmuniversität Babelsberg Konrad Wolff in Potsdam. He has since worked in theatre, radio, film, and television. This is his second project with The Acting Muscle.
Anja Dobrodinsky is a radio journalist, voice actress, and singer. She studied communication sciences and English in Berlin and Dublin and has been working for German public broadcasting and as a singer with various bands for almost 20 years. She started acting in self-recorded radio plays as a teenager, but then forgot about it for a long time. She recently rediscovered how much fun it was and has revived and upgraded her acting skills with improv, short films, and dubbing. She has been working with the Acting Muscle since 2023 and appeared with the Ensemble in Scenes from an Execution in early 2024.
Yllka Ibrahimi works in Tech and discovered her love for acting as a teenager growing up in Prishtina, Kosovo. She went on to win local film festival and theatre awards. After she moved to Berlin, she continued her artistic journey by playing in different musicals and doing improv theatre, with her focus now on film and theatre. She started working with The Acting Muscle in 2023 and performed with the Ensemble in Scene from an Execution in early 2024.
Candace Janée is a classically trained film and theatre actress, and a graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. Her work has spanned over 14 theatre productions, 25 films, and numerous commercial and voice-over projects since 2009. This is her second project with The Acting Muscle since moving to Berlin in 2022. You can read more about Candace and her upcoming projects at candacejanee.com.
Moritz Jäger took his first steps into acting when he went to film school near Stuttgart. He acted in his diploma short film, which he wrote and directed and for which he composed the musical score. After that he started taking acting classes in German and English, had his first encounter with Shakespeare and Goethe on stage, and sang pop and musical as soloist in a choir. He took several Meisner classes in Munich with L.A. based acting coach Kirk Baltz, which gave him the motivation to dig deeper into the world of scene work. When he came to Berlin in 2023 he started classes with Adam Ludwig and has been part of The Acting Muscle ever since, appearing in the last four Ensemble projects. He has also appeared in several short films and a German TV Series.
Ryan Lozon is a Canadian technical product manager and actor. His love for acting began with parody home videos he produced with his brother as a child. He has written and acted in a number of sketch comedy videos and has performed throughout Berlin and Paris with multiple troupes since 2018. Since 2019, he has worked with The Acting Muscle and performed with the Ensemble in the 2020 production of Want.
Michalis Makris is mainly a corporate lawyer. When he started taking classes at The Acting Muscle back in 2022, he was convinced that it’s never too late to live one’s dream. And he’s been living it ever since, outside working hours. He has acted with the Ensemble in two previous projects, including Scenes from an Execution in early 2024.
Antonia Sitak is a German actress & co-producer at EXODUS films in Berlin. She graduated in acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in Los Angeles. Her work includes a wide range of theater, commercial, cinema, and film appearances on streaming services (Apple TV, Roku) as well as TV broadcasters (ARD, BR, ProSieben).
